With great sadness we say goodbye to Rydell’s very own Blanche Hodel. She will always be in our hears and be forever missed. Google has a very nice obituary for Ms. Goodman. Please, take a moment to remember the great actress we have lost.

Our East Coast correspondent, Lori Boyles, had the chance to meet with Lorna once again at her performance at the Haugh Performance Center, in Glendora, CA in April. This time Lori brought a little suprise! You see Lori is the lucky owner of Lorna’s original Pink Ladies jacket from Grease 2 and brought it along with her to have it autographed. A moment of silence from our Grease 2 family, as we mourn the passing of our very own Ms. Murdoch, Alice Ghostley.
Alice was best known for her roles as Esmeralda on Bewitched (in which she had a recurring role from 1969 to 1972), as Cousin Alice on Mayberry R.F.D. (1970-1971) and as Bernice Clifton on Designing Women (1986-1993) for which she received an Emmy Nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 1992.
