Pfeiffer was a wild card choice, but according to Patricia Birch, she won the part because she “has a quirky quality you don’t expect.“

Michelle stars as the leader of the Pink Ladies, Stephanie Zinone.  Second to none in the department of cool, Michelle as Stephanie truly defined her place as a powerful female inside the halls of 1960s Rydell High.
